New room almost finished!

Harvey is pleased our new addition will be finished within two weeks. And, we’re all very excited because we’ll be able to move our food donations out of our main space. Praise God!

We’re expanding!

Midwest Contracting is doing a great job building a new storage room, says the Kitchen’s executive director Harvey Savage Jr. The workers are friendly and have a wonderful work ethic. “The room will free up space in our main area for dining and events,” Harvey said.

We need your help

Harvey introduces board members

Executive director Harvey Savage introduced the Kitchen’s board members at our event on August 6. They are: Jeff Swiech, interim secretary; Mario Goveia, treasurer; John Savage; Taylor Savage, vice president; John Chapman; Tyneka Forrest, president; Johnny Horn; Angel Hurns; Kathi Taub; Kathleen Baldoni; Jahnee Horn.

We honor his memory

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. left a lasting legacy. Please honor his memory with an act of service on Monday, January 18–and keep it going throughout the year. May God rest his soul.
